In other words, your team need do next to nothing— other than give your nod of approval for us to do your work!

Please Note: Due to the Remote Nature Of Service Offerings, We Cannot Provide On-Site Assistance!

Cross + Dot is a small team based out New Brunswick, Canada!

We work remotely with clients across all of Canada and the US, and accommodate all North American time zones—though we work in Eastern Time (EST).

One of the multiple tools we have at our disposal is Professional-Grade Text-To-Speech (TTS), which allows us to customize greetings and voicemail to customers’ exact preferences (e.g., pronunciation of names and tones, etc.). 

Our clients love how this creates a custom, unified voice profile across the entire company (in other words, one voice for menus, greetings, and voicemail)!

Implementations have multiple angles—including Design, Training, Porting, Support, and (importantly) Phone Setup and Network Configuration.

Our Avaya Cloud Office by Ring Central Certified Delivery Partners  can help you setup the above—with the exception of on-site desk-phone setup and site networking (given that we are remote).

However, this can can sometimes mean our team collaborating with an on-site technician of your choice—though typically this can be avoided.
