Founded in 2025, we’re a small team out of New Brunswick, Canada.
Our Mission is To provide Dedicated, Top-Tier Customer Service to Avaya Cloud Office and RingCentral subscribers across Canada and the US.
As Certified Delivery Partners, our Cloud Support Team prides itself on our top-tier Implementation offerings for subscribers new to the platform, putting into action our entire suite of Core Services: (Re)Design + Support, Admin + User Training, and Pro Greetings.
For existing Avaya Cloud Office or RingCentral clients, our team showcases its expertise and dedication to excellence on the other side of the pond. When subscribers have previously had poor experiences, whether in implementation or after-the-fact, we’re relied on to jump in (quickly but knowledgeably) to set things right.
